Elisei is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1000+ in-person teaching hours and on-demand with Xponential Fitness and Lululemon Studio. Elisei believes in the transformative power of yoga to heal and empower individuals on and off the mat. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a newcomer to yoga, Elisei creates a welcoming and inclusive space for all, encouraging students to explore their edges and embrace the fullness of their practice. When he's not teaching you can find him outdoors exploring the beauty of nature.
